I still feel like I'm missing some, though..

Iraq's is pretty nice, but it's changed since the war/occupation.

My takeaway from this is that combinations of straight lines and static objects like stars, suns, or shields are quite boring, but crazy two-headed thunderbird phoenixes rock.

Japan's is also kind of cool in its simplicity. The other flags generally either use three or more different colors or are broken up into three "sections" (e.g. Honduras has two colors, but three horizontal sections), but Japan's like "We're sticking a singularity in the middle of a rectangle and calling it a day, and if you don't like it that's your own problem!"

I like the Japanese, British and Dutch flags.

The Japanese for being simple and having a strong meaning at the same time. The British for having a nice design and colours and the Dutch one for the use of colours and being simple as well.
